Located on the hills near Florence our family run farm has been producing organic olive oil since 1998. Our attention to olive oil pushes us to a constant research in quality in an environment friendly scenery.  This passion  has lead us to the construction of a small olive mill where we can press the olives harvested daily in order to obtain the best olive oil with the best extraction process. Along with the organic farming we wanted a sustainable olive mill, therefore all the wastes are reused, the olive pit is used for the heating and the other olive residues are used as a fertilizer. Now we also have solar panels that produce clean energy for the farm and the olive mill.
